Improving ICU Care
The Intensive Care Unit is a very challenging environment. Intensive Care Units treat critically ill patients and do so in an environment where the medical, nursing and respiratory teams have to anticipate problems and stay one step ahead of the patient's illness to be successful.
Additionally support staff must make sure that the ICU team has everything it needs to it's job. Over the past four (4) years Riyadh Military Hospital's
Intensive Care Services has steadily improved the out comes of our patients. Improving mortality rates or patient outcomes is a difficult task in the intensive care unit as each and every team member must perform at a 100% or no improvement can occur. No detail has been overlooked in attempting to improve our services.
With the opening of our new state of the are Intensive Care Unit we are looking forward to continuing to improve on our already stellar performance. Team members are always learning and working to improve.
